Joeprod DrawTool

Terms of Use

Last updated: 14 July 2026

Service

DrawTool provides browser-based drawing, local telestrator, and caller-room tools for OBS and related live-production workflows. The service depends on Joeprod-operated servers, third-party networks, browsers, OBS, Stripe, and the user's own internet connection and device.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address, keep your password secure, and use the service only for lawful production, testing, or broadcast workflows. You are responsible for activity from your account and for any links or room access you share.

Paid Packages

Payments are handled by Stripe. Each account can have one active Draw package and one active Call package at a time. A replacement package may change the access or monthly usage allowance for that site.

Unless a product says otherwise, subscriptions start with auto-renew disabled. If auto-renew is disabled or a subscription is cancelled, paid access remains active until the end of the paid period and then expires. If auto-renew is enabled, Stripe will continue to bill the payment method until you disable auto-renew or cancel.

Usage allowances are account-based. Call-room time is measured while the account's room is publishing through the managed caller stream. Allowances reset at the start of the next Stripe billing period, or monthly for trial allowance.

Advertised consumer prices include any tax that Joeprod is required and registered to collect unless Checkout clearly states otherwise. Stripe uses the billing location and any valid business tax ID supplied at Checkout to calculate applicable VAT or other indirect tax. You must provide accurate billing and tax information.

Where Checkout identifies Link as the seller or says the purchase is sold through Link, Link acts as the Merchant of Record. Link calculates, collects, files, and remits applicable VAT, GST, and sales tax, sends transaction communications, and provides transaction and subscription support. Joeprod remains responsible for providing and supporting the DrawTool product itself.

Availability

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. It is not sold as a guaranteed 24/7 broadcast, emergency, safety-critical, or high-availability service. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, server faults, network faults, third-party outages, browser changes, OBS changes, abuse prevention, or security work.

Refunds and Cancellations

You can disable auto-renew or cancel a subscription from your account page. This does not remove access already paid for; access continues until the current paid period ends. Refunds are considered case by case where required by law or where Joeprod agrees that a payment error occurred.

User Content and Conduct

You must not use the service to transmit illegal, abusive, infringing, malicious, or privacy-invasive material. Joeprod may suspend or remove access where needed to protect the service, other users, or legal compliance.

Data

The account page provides controls to export your account data, revoke other sessions, and delete your account and account-linked room data. Operational logs may be kept for security, abuse prevention, and service debugging.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under the law of England and Wales. Subject to that, Joeprod is not responsible for indirect losses, lost revenue, lost production time, missed broadcasts, lost data outside the service's reasonable control, or connection issues caused by third-party services, devices, networks, browsers, OBS, or user configuration.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumer rights that apply by law are not affected.

Contact

For billing, access, or account issues, contact the site operator through the support route provided with your Joeprod account or the email address shown on Stripe receipts.
